Flip Makes Learning Engaging

I am a student from Singapore and flip is really good. It makes me and my classmates learning Fun and better BUT there are problems, like when my classmates speak normally, they listen and they hear themselves talking very VERY fast. Sometimes they hear and there is no sound. So please fix everything that would be appreciated.
