How to focus with Flipd:
• Select a regular timer, stopwatch, or pomodoro timer for your focus session

• You can also pause the timer or take a short break, and then repeat
• Once you’ve completed the session, you can review your session summary (time spent focusing + time on break)

It’s more than worth it!
If you actually want to control stop phone addiction, going cold turkey is not an efficient solution. Using Flipd you can allot your time efficiently. Also, study live feature gives you feeling of community. I love this app :) P.s Of course if you want cold turkey there is full lock option.
Best productivity app!
I accidently came across this app while browsing and didn’t have much expectations but since the day i installed it, this app has been my fav companion and productivity partner! It helps me so much to study throughout the day and focus on what’s important! and the tracks provided are the best! ✨ We get to try out these amazing sessions and set our own goal and even study live with others. Improve my focus and got me finishing my tasks without distractions!!!! I wish the app has somekind of "wrap-up" features where we can share our stats through out a period of time (like how they do with spotify) to friends on other social media.
