Couldn’t see the lines of what I was typing. Closed out tried again to create account. Got all typed in but wouldn’t move past the next screen. Horrible experience. Like the store, to bad.

I type in the correct email and password and it won’t log me in on the app but it will online. The app is also very slow to load.

I really like the pro services thus far for this store! I was surprises that I was able to get floor samples at no charge. Of course I purchased my flooring from the selected sample so it makes senses! So far, I love it.

Looks like they put about 25% effort into developing and maintaining this app.
