FloorAce is an easy to use solution to create accurate floor plans. It is ideal for architects, surveyors, real estate agents, facility managers, craftsmen, interior decorators, domestic energy assessors and many more. It utilizes Augmented Reality and the LiDAR sensor in iPhone 15 Pro, iPhone 15 Pro Max, iPhone 14 Pro, iPhone 14 Pro Max, iPhone 13 Pro, iPhone 13 Pro Max, iPhone 12 Pro, iPhone 12 Pro Max and iPad Pro (models 2020, 2021, 2022, and 2024). No other hardware or laser distance meters are necessary.
Linear accuracy is mostly better than 2 cm (0.8 inch), area accuracy about 0.5 square meters (5 square feet) or about 1% of the room area.
Create and share floor plans and estimates on site instantly. All data processing is done on the device, no cloud connection is necessary.
Data collection is about 80% faster than traditional methods.

Purchase of a FloorAce subscription allows you to run the FloorAce App on all supported platforms, with your tasks and projects being automatically synchronized between your devices. Subscription payments will be charged to your iTunes Account at confirmation of purchase and will automatically renew unless you cancel your subscription or turn off auto-renewal at least 24-hours prior to the end of the current subscription period. A cancelled subscription remains active until the end of the current period, at which time your account reverts to the “Free" subscription functionality.
Customers selecting the Free Trial will enjoy “Professional" subscription features for a period of 7 days, after which they can select to purchase a paid subscription. In the absence of a purchase, their account will revert to “Free" subscription functionality.
