Can’t login. Useless.

Can’t download documents, can’t view individual out of pocket or deductible, only can view family. The app just needs work. Website obviously works better. Just wish the app would too

This app barely functions the way it’s supposed to. It messes up my billing and rewards. It said my bill was -37 dollars but I still was “overdue”. I can’t open the invoices to actually see my bill cuz the files are corrupted. It won’t transfer me to the 3rd party site to enter my rewards information always “timing out”

Glad to hear I’m not the only one who’s app hasn’t worked in months.

FLblue App Broken on both iPhone (iOS 18.1) & iPad (iPadOS). Logon step just sits and spins.

The app hasn’t worked in quite a few months. Always a “middleware disabled” message as soon as I open the app. No information on how to fix this. After seeing reviews for a similar problem, I was hoping they’d fix it sooner than later for some users.

The provider directory rarely works. It’s still showing zero providers of any kind, within a 50 miles of my home.
