Florish is the complete indoor plant companion app, designed for those new to indoor gardening who may need help picking new plants for a space, or caring for the ones they already own. We are a new company and are looking for beta testers who want to stop killing their plants but don't know where to start.
Here are some ways you can use this app to grow a green thumb:
Use your phone's camera to scan the light in your room and understand what can thrive before wasting money on plants that are not suitable for your space. Our database includes many of the most common houseplants (no outdoor plants yet, sorry) and is growing every day. Don’t see your plant in our database? Submit a photo and we’ll add it to our queue of upcoming plants! All plant descriptions are written by experts who have actually grown the plants and can offer their actual pro tips, no recycled content here.
If you find a plant you like, buy it on our web store and have it delivered to your home or office (select plants and markets only).
Already own plants? Add them in the Florish app and start receiving watering notifications immediately. Our plant database also includes care instructions and common issues so you can troubleshoot problems.

Can’t login
Every now and then I can log in and it’s great. This app has a useful light meter. But again I can’t get past the login screen—it errors out.
Needs an account to get past the title screen
The app requires an account to get past the title screen so I have no idea what the app looks like or behaves. I don’t create accounts for apps that I feel don’t need accounts. If I’m checking light levels and getting suggestions for plants then why do I need an account if I do not want to access the web site? And the privacy statement is wrong for this app. If you are logging into the app then they are keeping track of your user id at the very least. The company is not going to delete that information. The whole purpose of the app, from their point of view, is to keep track of your plants and decisions about them. It is how they make their money if the app is free. Do not trust them with your information. They have lied to you about not tracking your data and they can’t manage their computers. The problems with people logging in was most likely due to an expired certificate which is an easy problem to fix (and something that should not really happen in the first place). The app has been deleted from my device and Apple needs to do a better job checking the privacy statements.

Getting a error, can not connect to server. Certificate for this server is invalid. Maybe connecting to a server pretending to be maps.florish.co Please fix as I want to use this app, for now using a competitor.

Can’t create an account because the server is “invalid” and without an account ya can’t use the app. “The certificate for this server is invalid. You might be connecting to a server that is pretending to be “mail.florish.co” which could put your confidential information at risk.”
Not able to create account
Like the title says, I tried creating an account and it wouldn’t let me.
