This app is very useful, and I love it! Very smooth, fast, has a beautiful design, but most importantly, it saves my time! Hoping to be able to link more accounts to my wallet soon.

Flouci is the future of online payments in Tunisia. This is one of the smoothest most robust mobile payment apps I have ever used. The interface is super user friendly, quick, and flawless with absolutely no glitches. There was clearly a lot of attention given to user familiarity when developing this app and it was very intuitive to use. Not to mention that this app will practically solve your life as a Tunisian millennial who has been blocked from online payments for so long. We have waited long enough and it’s finally here and it’s beautiful y’all 😭😭😭

The app have a looooot of bugs and some of them in the payment module which is illogical :) I paid for a phone recharge, i did not get the money + they extracted 8dt idk why :) i did not even buy anything with 8dt After 1month of asking their support no one responded. Don’t trust your money into this app believe me otherwise you will regret it.

I dont receive a code after i enter my number, also when i go out from the app the countdown doesnt count down, it stays at the same number

I lost money due to a technical issue by their side, its been more than a month and im still waiting for a refund. They were answering at the beginning but not anymore. Whats the point of a banking account if my money is not safe
