Despite the flowers and chocolate box ordered one day ahead and scheduled for delivery the next day, multiple follow ups and messages, the flowers were delivered extremely late 11 pm; outrageous and the chocolate box was never delivered. Been following up for the last 2 days and the response we get from the customer service : The quality team will contact you the soonest.

i have been dealing with Flowershop for 7 years + .. lately service is pathetic.. you will always receive a call stating that your order is not available and choose an alternative ..deliveries are never punctual! unfortunately i will no longer order from this company!!

I would give it minus if there is an option ..

I reported a late delivery, they provide you with the usual we will look into it, but I heard nothing since. False promises and not customer focussed. I’ll try someone else next time
