I started as a total novice on the piano and now I can play the whole “Fur Elise”!!!
I updated yesterday the OS on my iPad Air to 14.2 and since then the app crashes when I try to connect to my Clavinova CSP 170, it plays only few notes and then it freezes. I uninstalled and then reinstalled the app but with the same result
The app is good but not that well designed. Issues I found in the first day and that made me uninstall it. 1. You click too much in it: "continue", "start exercise", "play"... I'd recommend an autoclick in 2s, it's very disuptive to move from the piano to the app and back just to click the only button on the screen. 2. Please increase the fonts to the notes. 3. The line highlighting the notes moves faster at the end of each section, it should move at the same pace. 4. Sometimes the autoplay doesn't start and I have to scroll to the end and back. 5. Sometimes the video is black but you can hear the sound.
It's interesting and funny!
Not recognize my piano notes. I need to press again and again the piano keyboard until it get recognized by the app. The sound level is at maximum...
It’s unbelievable how usefull is that app
Excelent!!
Not challenging. Not very helpfull for practice. Good selection of songs.
I have been using this app for a while and I enjoy it very much. I like the collection of songs and the approach to the learning process. I can read the stave but one can learn from looking at the hands playing above the flowing stave. It is possible to isolate a section (of any size) to repeat as much as you like, you can practice hands separated or together, play along at different speeds. There is a nice chords course with a very good approach and good practice examples.
This is pretty embarrassing for an app, but google signup (so a basic feature) is broken. That's what happens when you dont have e2e tests. Fix this and I'm sure to give it a try and rereview.
