I have requested the refund more than two weeks ago, and did another request a week ago. But it still hasn’t been reviewed. Though you assure “We aim to respond to your inquiries typically within one business day.” and “No refunds will be given if your request is over 14 days after purchase.”

I can just discuss everything there, ask all possible questions and it’s always in the „curriculum” :)

Jednego dnia widzę systematyczność tego produktu, innego totalny chaos. Nie jest dostosowana do już istniejącego poziomu ucznia, nie zapamiętuje co już jest w słownictwie i td. Będę próbowała inne podobne aplikacje. Chociaż pomysł jest super.

Text disappears and it makes impossible to read and repeat precisely the proposed by tutor sentence. Tutor often forget about questions asked and keep asking same things or proposing same topics that were already discussed. It seems technically limited.

I bought a subscription via web but when I try to do exercises I see the propose with plan I should buy for being able to do exercises. Support doesn’t answer. How to cancel subscription I don’t know.
