FluentU - Aprende idiomas

Ayuda en el aprendizaje, pero no es accesible para las personas ciegas. Quiero decir, completamente accesible.

Can’t cancel payment and app says my account is free but they keep taking money. AVOID.

The filter does not work, so I can not choose videos based on how advanced my language skills are, the video duration/topic/progress etc.

Para poder probar la aplicación hay q subscribirse y así optar a unos días gratis con todo lo que ello conlleva. Si de verdad confiasen en su aplicación habría otra forma de probarla antes de suscribirse

The app is basically an overpriced YouTube wrapper and yet it lacks some basic functions. The price for just one month is almost 30€, which is insane…

Maybe a little expensive since I live in Spain. However I’ve only used a couple days, and I get a lot from watching videos and doing quizzes. I no like when you stop to check a word definition, then it pops you back to beginning... but maybe there’s a reason. If you’re devoted to learning, I believe you can learn more than you may think!! So far I’m a fan. I paid for the year. I had to give up something’s to do it.... ppl in USA have more money... I grew up there (just moved here 5 years ago, they don’t teach English to Spanish here.... it’s Spanish to Spanish) and now learning Spanish in my 50s, phew! Be nice to give discounts to seniors or the people the keep doing it yearly. Do you at FluentU read these? Hmmm hope so!

This app is waaaay too expensive. I like the idea and I might pay one monthly fee for a lifetime subscription, but not more.

La app tiene muy buena pinta y tras un mes de uso me parece que es bastante mejor que su competencia. El gran problema es que no puedes pedir 28€ de suscripción mensual por este tipo de aplicaciones... Por comparar, duolingo plus cuesta la mitad 13€ mensuales. Espero que recapaciten sobre su política de precios. Conmigo al menos han perdido un cliente que hubiera estado mucho tiempo subscrito.

Flashy and easy to subscribe from iphone. All easy. However when it turns to cancel the subscription it is literally imposible from iphone.

I don’t normally write negative reviews on app, because as a developer I know the effort that goes into building one. But this is my first ever negative review on any app. I subscribed for the 14 days trial, only to realize that I was billed for 1 year when I have not even used it up to a day. I have downgraded to the one month, at least if the 14 days trial is no longer available. I have sent them up to 5 emails requesting for a refund with no single response or even a confirmation that the email was received, instead I kept receiving promotional emails. I also opened a support ticket still no response. I strongly advice everyone to stay away from this app. It’s a total disappointment.
