Fluid card

My daughter was in hospital 8 weeks old with sepsis Covid and meningitis. A glitch with app made the balance incorrect and Made me over £2 the limit so they took my 0% off and refuse to discuss it. Bearing in mind I was in hospital at time holding my baby while she was in a&e.

They charge you astronomical interest and take it out before your direct monthly payment comes out putting you over so they can charge you !

This App is designed to control what the consumer is able to do within their account. New Day-(fluid) is one of a number of brands under the umbrella company New Day. New day don’t have a good reputation fir treating customers fairly. They change like the wind! This app dies not allow balance transfers or money transfers which , in my case, breached their terms and conditions. Despite callingFluid “customer services” they have yet to rectify the problem. I don’t rate this company or their App at all. My true rating score would be a negative score if allowed. I am closing my account with this truly dreadful company who couldn’t care less about consumers. Useless App and Useless customer service .

Terrible company. Charge you every month by going overdrawn when it’s THEIR fees that take you overdrawn.

Easy to navigate

Not good - they add extra repayments called optional but they are not - you cannot change them in the app.
