Painfully slow to sync points you have earned. To the point where you don’t know if the points were credited or you second guess yourself that you’ve met the criteria. Literally days to see points show up in the Flybuys app vs Woolies Reward app which is instant.

Always shows a glitch. Whats the problem with your app? Guys

Please enable Flypay in the coles app! How long does it take ? To use it through the app means a convoluted process of checking out then modifying your order and selecting Flypay in the browser version. Second issue, this one takes the p155! When you pay with Flypay and redeem points and need to modify your order to add say , oh some pears, you need to check out again. Well guess what, all those awesome points you saved and were going to use have now disappeared into limbo land and will take anywhere from 5 days to 3 weeks to come back. Pretty ordinary when you were hoping to save a bit on the current order you have going. Get with the program Flybuys, sort out your customer experience , it’s still back in 2008.

Why can I not I get the flybuys account number even there is internet connection. What is the point of downloading the app??? I can still get Woolworths rewards card details even there is internet connection. This is very bad when you cannot log in during checkout. Also flybuys take forever to show the transaction receipt on flybuys where Woolworths rewards show their receipt on rewards app immediately. You guys need to hire a better developer to fix these.

I deleted the app because it wouldn’t accept my email address, although I get flyby emails to that very same email address. Tried another email and same thing. Pointless!
