Constantly signing me out then saying I have the wrong password!!! I’ve reset this daily and same issue keeps happening. Over it

I have tried multiple times to get onto the app. Ive tried uninstalling, refreshing my internet and using data. All my other apps work fine but the fly buys app still comes up with a ‘connection issue’. Can this be sorted ASAP please. The website is also running super slow.

Like all kiwi made websites and apps, it’s completely useless, whether it’s the Bk app, metservice or whatever this is, user UNfriendly asf and littered with bugs. Also, i’m a casual user of FB(S) and you literally need 10 THOUSAND!! points or whatever to get just a free 50ml of perfume or something mirco lame Unless you’re a biz that collects 100s of pts on each purchase, scanning your FB is POINTLESS!!! that guy in the ad was right all along Fckng pointless, it may save you a buck or two on fuel through Z but in terms of “free gifts” fng forget it hahaha, nothing’s free

This app would be great if it didn’t say “connection issue try again later” EVERY single time I open it. I have to close and open the app 10 times before it connects and actually shows me how many points I have.

Still can’t log in on the app even though I’ve reset my password for the third time and can log in online. I reinstalled the app in the first place as the app was stuck in offline mode and hadn’t updated in months. How frustrating. I just want to be able to scan my flybuys in store on my phone and check my balance.

This app has lost its ability to input a search with no keyboard showing when the search function is used

Probably the worst system ever lol the points we get for being loyal customers expire. 10 years of being a loyal customer gave me 165 points and 6 expire next month . Absolutely failed rewards system . Pretty much a joke

Points never update, I have to log out and log back in every time. Then when I choose spend points it sends me to the store logged out…. Then when I choose log in I end up on an unstyled page and the login button is never active despite username and password being entered

App not working since latest update. 7.0.1 Frozen and won’t respond at all.DONT tell me to upgrade the damn iPhone, it has the latest upgrade. It is always up to date. Your last upgrade is where my problems started about a month now. Have a look at your update as it was okay until then.

App tells me i need to update which i have already done. Will not allow me past that screen! Frustrating!
