Filled up my details and couldn’t check-in. Basic functionality is not working.

Good and best airline in the world

App is bad and cannot update food preferences etc. cannot even manage booking. With this new update even adding trip is not working anymore. Please debug it rather I say make it from scratch.

Have not seen a worst App than this Apple should not allow its platform degraded so much Basic functionality like reset password does not work Cannot redeem miles Cannot web checkin Cannot select seats Cannot update meals Not even basic level of testing of the app is done No integration with backend or CRM system GARUDA wants to benchmark itself with SingaporeAirlines but cannot even match 1% VERY VERY POOR APP

The app looks beautiful. But I just can't start a booking flow. It is not working. Tried killing the app and restarting but no luck.

Would be great if it can be accelerate. Looking for promo for app user

Adalah muncul error katanya: kebykan klik katanya, adalah pesan buat org lain, tp yg muncul tanggal lahir yg pesan dan tdk bs diganti. Aplikasi singapore airlines lancarnya minta ampun. Susah sih kl perusahaab penuh korupsi, hasilnya ya kyk gini.
