Last issue I got was December 2023. Jan and Feb 2024 so far are no shows despite an active subscription. I am a very loyal reader since 1994 but now considering to give up on then.

I have a subscription valid until April 2013. I was able to download ONE edition, since then NOTHING, the developers do not respond nor o the editors. Have waited for updates - nothing. Have reinstalled the App - now have NO editions to read. Using in-App support request leads to an error "support request could not be submitted - please try again later. This App is probably the worst App I have ever seen, other subscriptions work but this one won't. If I could give less than one star, this is the App to receive minus 200 million stars. DO NOT BUY anything from within the App, you will NOT receive it, the developers will ignore you - you have been warned.
The contents are quite good (albeit mirrors the web site almost 1:1), but the app is trash. Takes forever and a day to load and then may or may not work. I am using a iPad 2. My other subscriptions work without a problem. There was an update for a week or so, but subjectively it seems as if the app is even slower now. In a nutshell: Content = VERY GOOD; App = CRAP
Leider startet zwar die App., jedoch konnte ich noch keine der gekauften Ausgaben lesen, da die einfach nicht angezeigt werden.:-(
I wish they would allow the readers to purchase hard copies of the back issues they have missed, if they allow the reader to purchase hard copies of back issues they don’t make it easy too!
Worthless app. No way to read offline (for those times when you would really like to read a magazine because the Wi-Fi is down on your 14-hour transpacific flight). There is also no way to restore a purchase once the app has decided that you’re no longer allowed to access your paid subscription. Removed app and canceled subscription.
Long time subscriber. Enjoyed the hard copy version the most. The latest owner has reduced content and raised prices. I still decided to stay. I subscribed to the email version back in June 2023. I received one email link to one edition. That’s it. So I called in October and a recording stated to call back because the phone system was being updated. I emailed requesting a refund. No response. Summation of new owner: raise prices, cut content and ignore your subscribers when they contact you. I’m done. The end of a once great publication.
I’m have tried for a year. No customer support ability. Will cancel subscription
You limit the number of issues, the app won’t allow reading offline, you tout the new feel of better paper… seriously? These are things that would be fixed by the old subscription and owners. My subscription is cancelled and Plane and Pilot is the beneficiary.
There is no account management or ability to sign in and I cannot figure out how to read my flying mag digital edition. The application just seems to bloated with advertisements and impossible to use. I just want to be able to select library, select my issue and have a great reading experience. Update: The latest app fixes the ability to actually read. Your login is your customer ID. The reading experience is lack luster trying to get full screen. Also it crashes if you try to press the top right button (I thought that would expand the view) but crashes on all iOS devices.
