Generally enjoying flying Flysafair but if I book I prefer to book via computer, using App really aweful

Keyboard didn’t appear and could not do anything on the app

It counted down the time you have left to check in and when you arrive at the Airport it’s a different story. Was even not allowed to check in when it said I still have 1 hour 30 minutes

And resend OTP button does not work

Garbage app, cannot check in, cannot change flight, times out when making payment. Uninstall immediately

Have been trying to check in for the last few hours. App keeps on hanging and kicking me out. Very disappointing!

I have tried numerous ways and it keeps hanging. It freeze up when birthdate gets entered in a certain way. When you get passed that it keeps saying fill in blanks, but everything is filled. It’s my first time , a little disappointed

Rarely do companies make it so difficult to book. Tried on chrome, safari, desktop, mobile and finally downloaded the app. When I get to the booking page, they have a major issue that prevents entering information. How are you supposed to operate an airline company?

This is a good idea, we needed this app. Now can we have a way to have our banking details to securely stored on the app to make it easy on a checkout point?

You always struggle to load flights and the flights you manage to load always disappear!! This app needs a lot of work
