Focos is a big step into the future of computational photography and light-field camera, bringing DSLR-like photography to your iPhone and iPad Pro, with beautiful bokeh effects usually achievable only with professional large aperture cameras. With the technology of computational photography, you can make unlimited changes to your photos, focus after the fact, change the aperture repeatedly, and add multiple lights in 3D space, exceeding the limits of any editing tools you’ve known before. The creative potential unleashed by Focos is endless.

Lost my photos
Not sure what happened, was really enjoying using this app, however, it is not a default setting that photos taken on the app also get transferred to your photo album. Perhaps my fault for not backing up more often, but suddenly have lost all the photos that I had taken on this app, some of them being quite important to me. I got in touch with the team, who have responded with an automated email explaining that it’s probably a bug and to wait patiently. Unfortunately, I don’t think I’m going to be able to recover those photos and for that reason am giving this app a one star review.
Dr Anand
These days life is about quality of projection. Most of my photographs go through this before they go onto any of the social media and that gives them a low depth of focus, professional magazine quality look. I strongly recommend this app 👍
paywalls everywhere
used to be a good app a few years ago. now you have to pay to even open a photo.
Bad
It is only payment work
Price
Used to be my favourite app, I’d pay for it but when the cost is £99.99 just for a years use, disgusting. You now can’t use the app without a subscription.
I would genuinely pay and I guarantee if it was say a fiver hundreds more would but the price they’re asking is awful and penny pinching. Used to be an amazing app, now it’s been poisoned with greed.
Subscription now
Used to be free and was ok for seeing what the lidar can add to a photo. Useless now as it wants a subscription to use it, deleted.
Five pounds a week?!
Your app is good, but it’s not THAT good. I get that you have to find a balance and make the books work, but this ain’t it, chief. Downloaded this in 2017, free version was great, and lifetime access was what, $12? Now you want that much every couple of weeks? When your core feature-set is now mostly baked into iOS anyway? Encrapification. Wonder what group of vulture-capitalist suits bought this app. Ugly
Doesn’t open if not connected to internet!

No free version
Unless your willing to pay, no point downloading. There is a free version but you have to subscribe to get that which I don’t want to do. Wish it was like other photo editing apps where you can just have a restricted free version
