Getting Neurofeedback For Mindfulness & Sleep
For a long time I have heard how helpful neurofeedback is in therapy, meditating, stress, and sleep. So far it is great. Going to try for sleep - I get night terrors & curious how that will work. First try was fun, the band was not resting properly at first, hope that gets better with practice. Love the app & sounds tell me how things are going with my eyes closed, good feature. I noticed my breath really helps a lot and some calming the mind skills. I even tried looking around, breathing faster & it responded fast. Looking forward to learning more how I can use this & see my results over time. Thanks
