FODMAP percentages really helpful!!
I use both this app and the Monash one simultaneously. Both are great apps, but I really appreciate the percentages listed in this app as it makes it easier for me to identify potential stacking issues when eating a meal. I also really appreciate this app is free! Thank you for making this information more accessible, especially to low income folk. I do wish there was a way to see, at a glance, on the Food List page which foods are pass/fail or which FODMAP it contains. It would make it easier when browsing for low FODMAP foods I could eat instead of having to individually click into each one. Not at all a dealbreaker but would be handy. Thanks for all you do! x

I highly recommend this app. It is easy to use and includes so much detail about each of the individual FODMAPs to help me know what I can eat.
Fodmap friendly app is better than Monash fodmap app!
This app has been a lifesaver throughout my IBS health journey. I have struggled to understand what FODMAPS are, what foods contain them and how much I can consume to feel well. This app has made navigating FODMAPs which trigger my IBS soo much easier!! I now know what percentage of the individual FODMAPs are in my favorite foods helping me introduce more variety into my diet without fear!
