Leider nicht wie andere iPhone-Apps auf dem iPad verwendbar, da die Tastatur die Registrierungsseite überdeckt. Schade. Und wie ich gerade bemerke, ist es auf meinem iphone genauso, also nicht benutzbar.

I refuse to use this app after they added a £5 cancellation fee on taxis.

The app is sneaky. Doesn’t tell you before hand there is a £5 cancellation fee. The app said they got our booking but assigning driver takes ages with no time frame how long it will take. The app also said £21 for a trip from A to B but the email I got and the charge was over £25. Just be honest and forward with the pricing. Instead of having crappy hidden fees to piss off your customers It also used to be cheaper to get fonaCAB than Uber. But now it came to the same price. So yeah.

Location accuracy and GPS needs more work

This is easy. We needed a taxi. I went onto Fona Cab’s App which was easy to use. Ordered a Taxi and it was there in 7 minutes Driver and tip paid through the App. Easy

Got charged for 2 of my bookings even though I wasn’t assigned a driver either time!

It says estimated time to a driver, 5 minutes, couldn’t get one within 15 minutes. Get a driver, he cancels on you, you find a cab, so you cancel fonacab since the driver cancelled on you, get charged £30 still. Only used as a last resort because even on a quiet Monday afternoon you’ve a better chance of hitchhiking home than getting a taxi within the estimate timespan

Am new in the belfast from india I first time book a taxi and it was very good and lovely driver was very nice so humble thankyou so much for this good experience
