Had a very bad experience with an order on refurbished phone and then very bad handling for the problem and still ongoing, the laptop was with bo issues though but as of a customer service point of view they are bad and rudely commercial, they will charge you delivery for the order they sent faulty.

Very bad service, very poor staff customer handle and product, dont buy or even download FoneZone, delivering low quality phone, severely scratch and totally abused condition. when you are not happy with the product due to defect and raise a return, you will bare the return courier charges and if you request for refund due you have your bad experience you LOSE 15% of your money instantly! Asper their refund policy that 85% of your money will be back only for touching the damage device that you only inspected its physical condition. Its a markup scheme, now they will offer you to upgrade your device with extra charges. You have to pay return courier charges, land instantly loosing 15% money due to damage phone they hand over only. Please be aware and dont fall this cheap product trick. Until now my refund still pending and Dont accept that they will take 15% of your payment as they know already they have profited 15% from nothing. I have attached photos of as per fonezone quality phone, minor scratches, gone through certification and inspection. You decide if you will trust FONEZONE. For consumer issues, contact Ministry of Economy on 800 1222. Department of Economic Development (DED) in each emirate deals with consumer rights issues and implement plans and procedures related to consumer protection laws.

I ordered an order, and they spoke to me via WhatsApp, and they told me that your order would come in three days, but after four days they did not speak to me, so I sent it to them and they told me that your order is not available, although it is in an application yet, and they wanted to sell me another product

Listen carefully before you buy from there, i will give you a simple proof. the truth is try to know where are these people and you will never find out i promise you, this is a fake location , the device you purchased mostly have somthing wrong, you will find out about it from day 1 or later, some devices will not have big issue but it just meant so they can have some good reviews to make you trust to buy and with kinda cheap items, they will tell you we will collect your device to fix it but they will collect and you will never get it again LOL , auto chat bot will start to reply you once they know that you discovered that and after sometime they will stop answering you, if you bought a device and it was broken don't send it back to them for fixing it LOL, if you do not belive me try to know where they are, simply you can't , and if you can't how would you take your rights when somthing wrong happen. i got scammed and this is a message for you to investigate and work your mind.

Read their website reviews on Google. They are Scamming people. I ordered a Mobile but they asked me to give them 5-Star rating first. I refused. Luckily I ordered by Cash On Delivery. They never shipped the order and stopped answering Calls and No reply even on Their Chat Service. Beware of such Fake and Scammers
