Cómo me pueden cobrar por una app que ni siquiera la tenía instalada ya? Por que no responden al correo que supuestamente llevaría 48 horas en obtener una respuesta?

Overall Experience
It lacks basic technical instruction which makes it difficult to use. It does not seem like a complicated app but without basic instructions it worthless.
-10 stole my purchase TRASH APP AND DEVELOPERS
The built in a fail so you cannot RESTORE your previous purchases. Also, it’s trash now … the original app was so much better.

it was great til yall started charging to even remove the watermark. i miss 2013/2014 font candy..
Still crashing
Third time writing a review in about a two year period and there are no fixes to the app crashing and having to delete and redownload to get it to work. It would be different if it were a free app but I am not going to continue to pay for an app that doesn't work!!
Not much help
No tutorials on how to create the cool designs I saw on the previews.
I loved this app
but they won’t restore my purchase.
