Why does this app want to track my location and need access to my sensitive data such as my credit card and previously whatever I typed even before I downloaded this app..this is scam

This app doesn’t even work, I clicked on continue for so long and it doesn’t get me anywhere. I still tried to activate it in the settings and I can only use one of the font, the rest of them just read “locked”. If you want to download it, just don’t.
