Error during payment process and charged me twice!!!!!
版面Load得慢/停頓，而且在付款時出現「錯誤」字眼，令我要多次離開再進入app才成功落單。但用餐三小時後，我才發現系統把錯誤的訂單也收費（而當時app中並無顯示我已下單！！！）現在已經投訴無門，無法追討多付金額。建議大家別用app，自行到櫃位下單，避免中伏。 Loading time was long and “Error” appeared during the payment process. I quieted and returned the app few times before I made a “successful” ordered. Three hours later, I found out that the system charged my failed attempt!

投訴都冇，啲人又閪 嗌幸福小巷，問佢有餐未，話禁錯掣要等陣 等咗10零20分鐘另外一個員工問我咩Number，轉頭就係後面攞俾我…後面嗰個餐一早就放咗喺度 咁我等嚟做咩？ 真係黐撚線

其求做咪得
個App搞完一輪，都係跳番去website落單之餘，Payment仲要唔support mobile payment。好似落後咗十年咁，個development咁求其，好似啲學生功課咁，有個樣，實際上用唔到，點解啲老闆會收課，個袋收咗幾錢先肯收貨。
Worse app with bad management
Over charged with error but totally no response via Facebook, inbox and cs email . Worst management , error , no follow up. Do not recommend anyone to use this app !!!!!
