Food Truck League Finder

Do you know how many taps it takes to get the Settings, Back, and Search icons to recognize the command? About twenty three. Also, it would be nice to be able to see the list of food truck events, even if they aren’t near my zip code. Because I travel back and forth to my rural town, and I like to plan my activities while I’m in town. Great concept for an app. Now it needs to come out of the beta stage.

It looks like they might not be working on this app anymore. But it’s UI is real rough looks thrown together by a group of first year coders in high school. Then if they have 100s of food trucks in their league why do I only see 1-3 each day Saturday's I’ll see more. Are they only showing the trucks that are going to their events? Or do those 100s of food trucks just not operate throughout the week. If you are looking for an app to show you food trucks around you that you could go to for lunch or dinner this is not it.

This looks like it was thrown together with no regard on how the view looks or where the buttons are located.

I think the food truck league hired one of their 13 year old nephews to build this. I live in Provo and the distance calculator tells me the trucks in Draper are closer then the ones in Lehi. When you click on an event on the trucks page it just takes you to a new instance of the exact same screen with no new information. A clunky UX and messy UI is the cherry on top for me to give this 1-star.

As a consumer, I would like to be able to notify food trucks about our street near work to encourage them to come by at lunch. Employer paid meal cards are handed out each week and we need more food options in the area. Food trucks are very popular when they stop by occasionally but if we could see what was on our street ahead of time I know we would check them out more often than the local Deli’s.

Easy to use, like the map, thanks for putting this together! Makes food truck dinner planning easy and consistent. Beats trying to check every food trucks Facebook or website. And we can find where our favorite truck is at any time. Sweet.

Not a fan of the app. so far. It seems like it's not showing all the food trucks around the valley (maybe some aren't set up with the app yet). Mostly, the list under the map doesn't seem to have a sort order. Normally you'd sort by whatever is closest to where you're located, which it doesn't do. I can't figure out what it's sorting by, but it's not helpful. Also, when you select a food truck, it would be nice if there was a link to their menu and website or Facebook. Maybe that's in the works still?
