Still can’t figure out how to use this app for in store use.

Company can’t the digital transition society is shifting towards. Twice now no coupons showed up on the bill. Last time it cost me $20 so I emailed and got a blowoff email in return. Hopefully they get an IT Department that can figure it out. Thankfully J*wel/Osc* is closer and they figured out the digital discount. Be going there for awhile to save some money.

Whenever I sign in, the screen just hangs and the process doesn’t continue.

This app used to work so fine for me but lately every time I sign in it doesn’t let me it stays on the screen for sign in and the sign in button is gone and I tried deleting the app restarting and it doesn’t work. I tried to see if it needs an update and it just doesn’t work sorry but bad app

It wastes your time with having you sign up and everything, then will only let you select stores in the LA area.

It’s May 29, 2024 and the app kicked me out in the afternoon. I tried to log back in and I cannot get back in. I reached out to their Customer Service team and was told the app is having issues. After trying a few more times since then, I gave up. I use the app because of the digital coupons. But since I cannot log in right now, I will shop elsewhere. Too bad…USELESS!

Every time I log on to the app and try to add food from my previous order, it makes me sign in again, and once I do that and choose all the items I want and go back to the app, nothing is there. This is the worse app I’ve ever had to deal with, don’t bother getting it, just order from elsewhere!

Look at your reviews for the last 12 months. Between 1 and 2 stars. Aren’t the feedbacks of your users important for major change to your app?

Can’t log in to clip coupons

Spent 30 minutes trying to log in, resetting passwords over and over trying to drill down to what I’m doing wrong. Got an “email error” every time. Infuriating waste of my time.
