While the concept is good it’s quite rigid in terms of pick up timings. In general if you order something for collection, it would be still there for you if you are late my 10min. But in this case you must pick up the order in the window stated. Else you get nothing. Lesson learnt the hard way. While not sure if the food had be dumped but I definitely lost 7.98 Euro. App uninstalled. This isn’t for me.
