Why is foodpanda isn't user friendly to IOS user? Can't accept orders and can't even view my performance and other details after update it recently?

Your rider cancel order once they sent the food and get the money for COD order🙂 Please pay attention for this serious issue! My stall had been grab rm100+ for 6 orders for this month already! The food had sent, the customer had received food, but the orders were cancelled! We didn’t get back the money!

Keep on letting rider doing fraud even though we try to avoid it but your side keep on letting it happens and not allow us to prevent it by giving us nonsense reasons such as “due to privacy”. Worst merchant delivery app ever. Arrogant company who never listen to their merchants. In this case, grab handles much more better than you. Shame on you.

Help Centre always hang. Not functioning.

Its very hard when all the money counted being Round Up. Furthermore, only show Revenue. Merchant do not know actually how much they earn unless wait for invoice in web after 2 3 days. It would be very great if FP can calculate how much we merchant get after deduction before waiting for Invoice

Very difficult when no rider phone number, apps prob cannot check location of rider..the order hang n rider not come to collect the order..atleast with rider phone number we can check manually where is the exact location of rider

Got a apps but unable control order, feel like useless apps. It should allow user to accept/cancel order all feature. Especially while device failure, want to accept by apps but no such featurr
