The face recognition system is so bad that I have to do it 10 times??? Please make a better system

the support rider didn’t even help me at all

When shift just starts it can take up to 1 hour for first order to come in. When peak period, orders can also stack randomly (i.e. difficult for walker to fulfill). Feels like system is geared towards cyclists or PMD riders not true walkers.

Can’t access live feature when logging in to work . As a result , can’t report for work .

app. rider support agents have zero clue on how to solve issues. they only know how to click on automated replies.

Actually I love Foodpanda but for now I hardly get stacked orders like before and I don’t understand mostly my orders fees are $4 plus as though I’m riding a motorcycle. Secondly example, I booked at Bedok but I received an order at Serangoon or send to Serangoon. Totally out of my zone. I’m ok if the order is slightly far but the fare must be higher than I expected, but I get just $4 plus. Do you guys think it’s worth picking up or send the order? Thirdly some of my friends riding a BICYCLE but their order is $5 plus or $6 plus and the best thing is it’s near. They never ever get out of zone orders plus they just started working with FOODPANDA. Lastly when I chat with our customer service, they will reply me it’s systematic and they can’t do anything. To all Foodpanda customer service, do REALLY APPRECIATE our efforts as a rider whom experience same like I experienced with foodpanda. What if I be a foodpanda customer service agent and foodpanda customer service be a rider like me experiencing. How I wish to be able to work as foodpanda customer service agent. Easy work and so SHOIIIKKK. Just copy paste the answer to riders. THANK YOU FOODPANDA for the treatment I’ve experienced every shifts I worked. Sorry $4 plus is a fee for walkers. I wanted to change to bicycle or walkers but sadly from my foodpanda app I can’t even edit my new phone number,email,my vehicle documents etc. Sorry to all riders I have to let you guys know what I experienced for years as I worked with foodpanda as a full time job.
