Why would you let me buy a shoe then say it’s out of stock like seriously

I bought a pair of shoes and never received them

Not letting me use Apple Pay, or check out at all. Keeps blocking me for too much fast movement or whatever

I cannot log into this app the kids footlocker app champs app this is so annoying I can’t even order shoes for my kids yall need to fix it!!!!

I wanted to order 3 pairs of shoes for the school year, but they canceled my order like 10 times before accepting. Then after charging me, they cancelled my order.

The app bugs out for me all of the time. Ever since the switched to that joint point program it just doesn’t seem to work for me. I’ve bought two shoes from here and that went fine, but it kicks me out of my account “all” the time. I have to change my password “all” the time. It gives me these card error codes “all” the time. If they sell shoes equal to Nike, their service should be equal to Nike.

It’s not even worth it to buy shoes from here anymore. App releases are so rigged… they have you use all your points for boost and still can’t hit. I’d rather shop a local store and support them, than pour funds into Footlocker, where you get no return for your loyalty.

It won’t even let me inside the app It said you tapped too fast You could be a robot when I’m not a robot so therefore they won’t let me inside the app.

Woke uo at 7 to try and grab some shoes on release, saw the countdown on the new releases page and everything. When the timer hit 0 the shoe disappeared from the site and the listing was nowhere to be found. I emailed asking whats up and they said they never had the shoe... what a joke

App is broken!! Haven’t been able to enter a release in almost 2 weeks!! Very disappointing!
