I dont know why payment info never works. Tried multiple cards Been like this for a year.

Every launch that I had wanted to enter NEVER is able to deliver to the US! What is the point?!?

Use to love this app bc they do restock drops a lot and drops that a lot of times can’t get in us as Easy well joining was easy now ain’t. It says ships to us it used to I have losses in my account now seems to be I can’t sign up as when I choose USA it says no ship option but then ask and it’s $11.99 and they don’t say when asked support they don’t ship it’s please delete did that didn’t work. Wait for update. It’s been a year since last update and I’ve joined in less than a year ago. Fix your stuff please

They sent the wrong size and then to many hoops to jump thru to ship sneakers back to Europe. Sold them on StockX for a loss.

It’s upsetting that only the option of United States as the country not providing any delivery method. But other countries have the methods provided to join the raffle. This is very unfair

I tried to enter raffles since October and now there’s no deliver method for the US. Even tho it states they still ship here. Every other country has a cost for shipping but US. Customer service says just wait for an update but this app hasn’t done an update in 9 months. I deleted and downloaded the app and nothing changes.. awful!

Canada and Mexico have shipping options available. Why not USA?? Waste of time

I’m trying to enter a raffle but it won’t let me choose the shipping option. Very annoying
