Good thing about this app is the slide to start your vehicle vs the old hold the button option. It would be nice if it actually took where my vehicle was more than once a day. Fix this stupid app please.

Old one was better. After the update multiple things not working like location update.

9 out of 10 times it won’t start or unlock my truck. All winter I’m walking outside to start my truck. Whoever decided to take the command start off the key fob should be fired. In Canada, this is a deal breaker. Last time we ever buy a Ford

I loved the feature to be able to monitor the current draw on power outlets. I have a hybrid model with the 7kw generator and I use it often. I like to monitor the current draw. Bring this feature back please!

I own a ford explorer and the last few updates has made the app completely useless. I no longer see any information about my suv other than make , model and VIN it no longer shows any information about the health of suv, oil life. Does not show any recalls or even updates my mileage. So the app is a complete waste of time and data

This is absolutely disgusting that this still has not fix for location of vehicle . Not showing exactly where my SUV is parked correctly, address is an hour away . Should anything happen and stolen , location of vehicle is very important and crucial! This is still not fixed for months. Come on Ford Pass, fix this immediately! Bring back the old version of the app as everything works perfectly before this newly updated app. I have requested this many times and developer does not listen. Going to file a complaint once again, taking too long to fix it. Come on Ford developers, this is ongoing issues and your not listening to reviews and complaints. This is totally disgusting that it still not being fixed after over 2 years!!

What a featureless app! Lock, unlock, start and test trailer lights, and some basic statuses whoopee. Let’s get some features in this app! If you’re going to steal all of our personal data then the least you could do is throw us a bone! How about phone key!
