Update is horrible go back to old version and fire person who approved this update

Update: I scheduled a remote start and once the car was running, I turned it off with the slider in the app. NOW the slider says “Slide to turn on vehicle”. So now it appears to be working. Fingers crossed. Can not use remote start. App always says to slide power button to turn off. Even though car is not running. No option to turn on. Have deleted and reinstalled app. No change. It does NOT look like the example in the photo above. Please fix this.

Lost the ability to refresh location of vehicle.

Can’t use the app to show vehicle location anymore, refresh of location was taken away with the update. If you call support they tell you to log out or close and reopen app to refresh and it does NOT work. I don’t even understand why they would remove the feature?

Love this app. The ability to remote start my car with sync 3 since day one has been amazing, but since they upgraded the app, the toggle to turn on the vehicle is always already in the on position, and only gives the option to turn it off, which obviously doesn’t work because the vehicle isn’t on. This needs to be fixed.

Since last update my vehicle is showing as always on. Can no longer remote start at all.

With the new version a lot of features have been removed!

This new app update breaks everything completely. You cannot remote start your vehicle at all anymore because it only gives you the option to shut your car off even when it’s not started… doesn’t make any sense. If I could give this app negative stars I would it has been a total piece of garbage for the seven years we’ve had our vehicle.

Ford has take back features and we can control our trucks like we used to via the app…..ford bring back all our features… old app worked great. You just did an update why didn’t you bring back these features. Unhappy customer
