FordPass Pro

The app is brilliant you can look up things quick, you can check your oil, tyre pressure and how much fuel you’ve got before you leave home also you can book a service straight from the app it’s all there thanks

I prefer Fordpass Pro to the standard Fordpass app, but it does have one minor annoying bug. The estimated charging completion time is exactly 1 hour longer than it should be. The standard Fordpass app estimated finish time doesn’t have this problem. I have tried removing and reinstalling, but that hasn’t helped. I tried installing the Pro app on another iPhone, but that didn’t help either. I wonder if it is something to do with GMT/BST? Please address this bug in the next update so I can give Fordpass Pro the 5th star!

Very limited use and far too many errors. The Charge History is very hit and miss. When it does record, the details are woefully different to what actually happened. Most of the time it doesn’t record at all and just says “tap to refresh” which never does anything. Amazing that such a simple App with limited use can’t be sorted. If it was it would be great and actually useful.

I’d recommend using this Pro app instead of FordPass as it has the same features but a much nicer user interface. Works perfectly with my Kuga plug in hybrid - I can view it’s battery and fuel level, whether it’s locked, and when it’s charging all from my phone. Only thing it is missing that FordPass has is an Apple Watch app.

Latest update to fix bugs, well after this update, app doesn’t load and unable to get data! Very poor, expect better as previously would give app 5 stars, hopefully you can sort this issue out
