Fore's application still uses a third party for delivery orders. Unfortunately, they do not provide a solution if there is a mistake in the delivery system. I had to wait more than an hour because the driver canceled the order unilaterally. Fore did not attempt to contact me despite the system error. When I reported the issue to customer service, they gave me the option to either wait or be assisted with a cancellation request by sending a screenshot of the transaction and my e-wallet account. Yes, they still handle it manually. Additionally, the refund will be processed within a maximum of 5 working days. Besides that, they do not provide any other solutions. The coffee here is good, and I can recommend it as one of the better local products, but not the service. Hopefully, things will improve in the future.
