If I could give 0 stars I would. It was so easy previously to get a quote and book on the website, but now it is an endless struggle to just open the app… I cant even get to the booking section… Very disappointed Forever Resorts!

I know how much time and energy it takes to develop an app, and I understand that it has taken the owners of this business a lot of time and commitment to launch this app. Please be warned that the decision to move bookings over to this app was wrong. Look at the data. Save the R1000000 spent on the app and pay staff instead. Sincerely, Mr. Random Software Engineer

Please don’t force your potential customers to download an app that doesn’t allow me to choose the resort when I try to make a booking. Update your app urgently if you do t want to loose customers!

Really does not work well. Forced to use the app that doesn’t work., cannot book. Obviously shows they don’t want business…. There must be a serious drop in bookings when one can’t book

Useless, always on server maintenance. Have to call the office and make bookings- why have an app?

How stupid that you can only book for the current month in the app - makes it totally useless! Good luck holding for an operator FIX YOUR APP

this is the worse app ever!!! you cannot select your destination!!

1 star is me being extremely generous. Website forces you to go to the App. The app forces you to only choose a date within the month. Even when you do that you get a notification about their booking rules. You try chat to an agent and the agent is unavailable. I’m short, Forever Resorts are tired of being in business and would rather you look for accommodation elsewhere!

Don’t bother downloading it. Absolute garbage
