One of the things I hate is having to plan the weeks meals and then workout the shopping list. This app has made my life so much easier and my transition to plant based has been fantastic and seriously tasty! Love that I can highlight my favourites, love that my screen doesn’t lock when I’m in the app and the prep button has saved loads of time in the week. Well done developers and well done forks over knives.

No iPad version. In the magnified screen picture quality is poor as is the type quality. It’s clearly for an iPhone. Please develop a version for the iPad. I have to use the website via a browser which nullifies having the app because at least the website is clear.

Had a billing issue. They went above and beyond to fix it. Great customer service. So far love the recipes!

I love this app to have healthy meals ready for the week. Most recipes are a big hit, some have been misses.

I was excited for this app. I’ve eaten a plant based diet before and these recipes looked great. I even spent the $80 for a subscription because the free version only gives you a few options. BUT… the app doesn’t recognize that I have a subscription, even though it billled my Apple account. There is little to no customer service and I’m left scrambling to try to find a way to access the content that I paid for. Needless to say, I’m disappointed (and out $80).

Like all the other low ratings: I paid for a subscription that unlocked nothing, and now I’m out $20 because the best I can do is not buy the following month. I’ve contacted the app developers through multiple access points with no response; I have filed a fraud complaint and requested a refund from Apple.

Downloaded the app last night and purchased the VERY (to me) expensive upgrade at $25/month. Nothing happened -- except that I lost $25. Despite the subscription showing up as active on my subscription list and the $25 charge showing up on my credit card, no recipes or functions are unlocked in the app. I attempted three different ways to contact customer service to address this problem, and have had no responses. Cancelling the subscription at this point will simply mean I won't be charged next month -- not that I will be refunded for this month, despite receiving nothing in exchange for my "subscription". $25 a month is a high cost subscription in my experience; the whole reason I was willing to pay it was for the convenience of ready meal plans, recipes, etc. Very disappointed, and a little embarassed as I am more than able to search out recipes and write paper lists before going to the grocery store -- which is what I now have to do, despite having spent way too much money NOT to have to do it.

I am thrilled with this app as it arrived at the perfect time. I detested cooking and relied on food delivery services. However, I desired to save money and maintain a healthy lifestyle. This service seemed like the ideal solution, and I must say, it has exceeded my expectations. The ingredients are delivered on Thursdays, allowing me to mentally prepare and plan accordingly. The app conveniently adjusts the grocery list based on the ingredients I already have, ensuring that I only purchase what's necessary. I no longer need to worry about calculating quantities or waste any food. The recipes are delicious, and I haven't missed meat, dairy, or sugar. Most importantly, I've eliminated food waste entirely. I am extremely satisfied with this service.

Paid for a subscription which shows up in my iTunes account but the app doesn’t recognize this. I am not able to quit the upgrade screen and I can’t get to any other part of the site including the free recipes.

I paid for both the monthly subscription and the annual subscription, $24 and $99 respectfully both today and it’s still will not give me access. iTunes says the payment was successful and I’m all set and your app is giving me an error code. I’ve sent a message to you via the appso that you have my contact information, including phone number and email address. Please refund or give me access. I would prefer access as that’s why I paid the money.
