After the last update the menu bar changed. Ik can't scroll between records anymore and the design button disappeared. What happened?

In eerste opzicht in ieder geval geweldige app. Binnen een uur had ik een bet ingewikkeld invulformulier kunnen maken. Het werkt allemaal erg eenvoudig en heeft zeer uitgebreide export mogelijkheden zodat de gegevens ook buiten de ipad makkelijk gebruikt kunnen worden. Ik heb diverse van dit soort mogelijkheden onderzocht maar dit is veruit de beste. Eenmalig 8 euro maar dan ben je overal van af, bij de meeste van de betere apps moet je registreren en blijven betalen.

Great app, not well known but does a great job and have used it for years!

Our company has been using Form Connect for years now and we could not be happier. It’s easy to create and organize our forms. This means greater efficiency and the forms have a professional appearance that our clients appreciate. The app is very reliable and the cost is an amazing value. Highly recommended!

Form connect has really streamlined our reports, by allowing an easy to use interface for building and customizing the forms, and gave us flexibility to email them to customers on the spot. One of the great features that we use with customers is the signature box. We can make reports on the job and have the customer sign it and email them a copy for their records immediately. It’s also nice to have service reports, expense reports, inspection reports and quotes all in on place for immediate use. We also created a calibration report that we can send to each tech that is shareable and editable when sent as an FMC file. This is great when we want to keep a running log of calibrations on one sheet with different techs.

Every update they break something and then take two updates to fix. This time they broke exporting data which is the prime function of this app.

I use this application for managing and writing rapports for all my clients! It was easy to set up the different forms and they work flawlessly. The applications tools allow me to manipulate every aspect and adjust it to exactly what I need. The customer support is prompt and superb too! I highly recommend this apps.

I have been using since 2013. And is handy eliminating paper work. File electronically and email to patient.
