i’m having a hard time pairing my watch as the application requires an update with at least ios 13 and it’s frustrating that i can’t access the app =.( i hope u find ways to make it available for iphone users w below ios 13 for us to use the app. i’m waiting to finally getting the chance to make my watch work again...

I have notice that sometimes the icon for date, heart rate. etc., do not appear on the watch. Even I try to edit thru the app or refresh the bluetooth nothing changed.

Very useful to track health and what i also love about the app is, I can ring my phone from my fossil watch. 👍🏻

Why won’t the time of my smartwatch follow the time in my phone :(((. Even though I adjusted it from phone, it still won’t the time :((

It is frustrating that whenever the application encounters bugs or malfunctions, I am compelled to forcefully close it, resulting in the disconnection of my watch. This inconvenience has become increasingly bothersome, and I urge the developers to address the underlying issues within the application. Additionally, it is imperative that the developers cease allowing the app to unpair my phone when Bluetooth is clearly enabled and connected. The functionality of the app should not require its constant presence. The current situation lacks logical coherence and needs to be rectified.
