Almost 100Mo for an app for tourists… unable to focus a QR code even if it is 5cm big. Should have a way to manually input code. Feels like this was made by a total beginner in app development

I was able to download images the very next day, email not required. Hassle free

The Q-code from Grand Canyon West wasn’t working. OK, fine, it happens. But alternate - downloading from the website - requires you consent to data scraping & agreement to submit to collection of your e-mail & photos for “commercial purposes.”

Worked perfectly! Got all my pics as promised!! They all look amazing!!

Was able to download my photos and didn’t have to enter my email address. Easy.

I only received two of the seven images we purchased at the Grand Canton. Once in a lifetime memories dependent on retaining a receipt with a QR code which of course we lost before the images completed the download. Why not offer a text message option for retrieving images? Who expects a tourist to hold on to a receipt to secure their digital photos? This is horrible. I am crushed.

Went to Grand Canyon west and got some good photos. Download process was smooth and easy

Just says operation failed after scanning the QR code. Can’t download my pictures from the Grand Canyon.

Took four or five attempts to download this app. We still can’t access our photos from Grand Canyon West after paying fifty dollars for them. We have reached out to customer support (they only provide an email address) and haven’t received a response. We’d like the photos we paid for of our once-in-a lifetime memories. I guess we’ll have to settle for a refund…maybe.

This app and it’s customer service are the worst. Photos never downloaded and customer service gives you the run around.
