I looked a lot for an app that can reflow text pdfs and this one has this capability. That is great because some pdfs have fonts too small or too narrow to be comfortable to read even on an iPad. I don’t know if it has the ability to change the background color, if not, it would be a great addition, but for the reflow function receives 5 stars from me.

Au ramas constanti, sunt seriosi, aplicatia nu pica si este mereu imbunatatita. Cand nu ai chef sa citesti o poti pune sa citeasca pentru tine. Foarte utila in masina / duș / etc
