Foxwoods Resort Casino

Not able to view my “offers and events “ in the updated app. On the, “Foxwoods Rewards” page, it does not allow me to view all my offers. The page is stuck on the first 6 offers. Using a IPhone 12. Please debug.

I just wanted to find my itinerary. Can’t do on this app.

If I could give ZERO stars I would. THE WORST APP PERIOD.

Wish the app would keep updating so you can stay informed on your account. Points and promo stats are always off.

Love Foxwoods but this app is garbage. It doesn’t work no matter how many times I uninstall/reinstall

This app has many issues… First the reward points don’t show on the account page. It has shown zero since the new update. Next, choice rewards don’t show up either, kinda pointless to have an app if nothing works. Then there is the double log-in needed to book a room. Why, I’ve already logged in? Lastly, there is no back button for any of the tabs. So if I click a reward offer to see what it is I need to start over because there is no back button. Worst app ever…

Foxwoods has been continuously emailing me promoting their hotels. Every time my wife and I try to take advantage of one of these offers there is never availability. Why send me emails with these promotions if you don’t have availability?

Seems like just a front end to their website You have to login to the app and then when you want to do stuff in the app like book a room you have to login again to their website. Seems useless to me

I had the best room ever

I really only used it real quick for the room service menu. Would be cool if they added a feature to order from the app instead of having to call it in. But it was still helpful.
