I’ve been on the app for roughly 8-9 months everything was fine then boom! I suddenly can’t claim my 3 spins on their daily pinball machine. I’ve never used in game chat so I’ve never insulted anyone never abused any promotions. When I go on the online help chat I get told your account is restricted! I’m no longer allowed to take part in current or future promotions. They wouldn’t give me reason why and said it’s basically tough the decision was made. Imagine a customer coming into my work and I just say “no I don’t want your custom and I’m not gonna tell you why” I’m pretty sure they would complain about the shocking customer service!
