Franc Investment App

This app seems simple and user-friendly, but there are hidden fees and limits. They have withdrawal limits within a ‘goal’ and charge for transferring money within the same goal. I had to add more money just to meet the minimum withdrawal, only to lose it to fees. I’m still unable to close my account because I need a specific balance to transfer and withdraw everything. Support has been unhelpful, repeating the same advice that the app won’t allow me to follow.

Franc does not make you aware of platform fees. They charged me fees I was not aware of and deducted it from my investments. A really unprofessional company. I a market with so many fin tech options I would stay away from anyone who isn’t transparent. What a disgrace.

I am very disappointed with the app. I made a withdrawal around the 20th of June, today is the 29th and I still haven’t received the funds. The person who was supposed to assist ignores my emails. Highly disappointed wouldn’t recommend to some if this is the type of service they are providing.

The franc app is by far the best I have used for investing . It is user friendly including the beginners and it categorises your goals to short, mid and long term which encourages you fulfil your goal and have a clear direction for each goal. The withdrawal process is very simple and it happens at a blink of an eye, you are allowed to withdraw just how much you need and leave the rest to continue investing so yeeeeey. I would encourage anyone to join franc app if they are looking for an easy legit platform to invest on.

It is a very convenient app that you can invest on without worrying where your money is going. I like the fact that its calculate all the possible returns you can get if you invest in certain years or category . Its user friendly and easy to navigate i can recommend it to someone with no knowledge about investing and the person can get through it with ease .

The best investment platform for beginning investors with excellent returns. No hidden costs and tedious process of investing. Simply deposit money/cash then Franc team will do the rest.

App is very convenient. Great for keeping money separate from your bank. The investment fees however are high looking at transactions and when investing conservatively it takes from your investment value. Will get better nett returns from bank savings. Have not tried investing in more aggressive funds in the long term. Allan Gray is a great asset manager with adequate funds.
