Why there is no separate app for distributor only And every time why add arm and password

No prompt for OTP

Where should I put the OTP when I get the SMS.

Poor GUI

Not sure who designed and developed this app. It need lot of improvements like other bank investment apps. The most frustrating thing is. It will ask for bank number everytime I login.

Worst UI

Apparently this is the worst app i used recently. Its very difficult to got back to previous step or page as cannot touch on that part.

Hardly works at night or on weekends

Try to login but OTP never comes. No option of going back. App gets freeze. Not user friendly at all

Not optimised for ios

It doesn’t work well on the iphone. It lags a lot. I mean the company could’ve atleast put some effort to get it fully optimised for ios version. Very bad experience. Shows companies commitment towards its customers

Worst user experience

There are a lot of problems in the app. 1) It hangs on some screens for password and other fields. 2) Back button is positioned in a place which is not clickable. 3) Difficult to set face id or pin as per say.

Poor interface . I’m getting session validation error while adding nominee details
