After waiting for verification for months I finally emailed about the issue. I had a response in the form of a single picture stating my account does not meet criteria. No hello, or feedback just a stand alone photo. The customer service for this app is so poor! Very automated and not user friendly

I have attempted to sign up but it won’t allow me to add my birthday, the password is stuck on ‘save now’ and keeps popping up which then won’t let be click off it

Change the criteria from 250 to something higher if that’s not good enough, don’t waste people’s time.

It’s been over a week now and no one has reviewed my profile.

Selection criteria is completely flawed. Over 1M followers in the travel niche, getting brand deals and collabs weekly but apparently I don’t meet the standards required by advertisers. Not sure what they’re expecting but I wouldn’t bother wasting your time.

This app makes you feel like a star ⭐️ - literally. Been to many amazing locations in London and can’t wait to travel to germany to check out some new spots. So grateful! Thank you 😊
