Não consigo me cadastrar
Estou tentando me cadastrar pelo app mas abre uma pagina de internet com erro 404 quando tento fazer o cadastro. Entrei no site da empresa e me cadastrei, porém quando tentei acessar pelo app não reconhece meu usuário.

Good service, but unreliable
A good service for simple errands. If anything goes off plan (GPS is not precise, payment fails), the app becomes unusable and you may end up stranded somewhere.

This app has a lot of bureaucracy and little explanation of what the app requires for foreign drivers. I already sent 6 e-mail with all the documentation that I have and I still do not have a definitive answer because my registration has not yet been accepted or denied. I also do not yet have a clean answer of what is happening. I am Brazilian resident in Germany and have a Brazilian national drive license and an international drive license issued in Brazil translated into several languages including German. I’m have many German friends used the car2go platform and they indicated the service to me but I think it is App only for Europeans. unfortunately

This App is fantastic, but some time it dont show all available cars.
Details zu den Fahrzeugen ist sehr schwierig zu finden.
Alles gut, aber ich würde gerne vorher die Ladeflächen Details wissen. Ich konnte es nicht finden, obwohl ich einmal sowas gesehen hatte. Falls das vorhanden ist, ist es schwierig in der App zu finden.

Dann habe ich mir mal die neuesten Rezensionen angeschaut: vernichtend. 🤢🤢 Dann habe ich mir die Reaktionen des Anbieters angeschaut: nichts‼️ Die Sorgen der Kunden ernst nehmen: No‼️ Also ich lass das erst mal mit dem verifizieren. Leute, ich versteh das immer noch nicht: wie kann man in der freien Marktwirtschaft mit so viel Konkurrenz links und rechts so dermaßen achtlos mit seinen Kunden umgehen❓ Bleibt nur der Schluss, ihr wollt, dass Euer Laden pleite geht‼️🤪🤪🤪
Früher mal gut
Mit jeder Umbenennung wird die App/der Service schlechter. Inzwischen zahlt man am Flughafen 14,99 extra. Da kann ich gleich ein Taxi nehmen.
