Freedom Bank Mobile Banking

I can’t tell you how many times I’ve had to call and reset my password because somehow the app forgets it. None of my other finance apps have this problem

The app was working pretty well until a few days ago. The update req IOS 13. My iphone only goes to IOS 12. I cannot download an older version or use mobile banking at all.

I’m not going to buy a new phone to update my app , I’ll go to a different bank

Fix this app! It’s garbage!!!

The app is laid out well and very easy to log into. Keep up the good work!

I’ve had to update this app 3 times. I’ve set it up for fingerprints. I don’t carry my password with me. Once again I have to go through the whole process again Now I use my nickname and then my husbands and they are both taken. Yeah. By us.
