I have more an issue with freedom cu policies of freedom cu not so much the app. Freedom cu is a complete rip off.

I love walking In This bank .I feel like a friend to all Of them. Respectful efficient and care About the customer! A thank you and Bonus might be nice. They deserve my respect . Have a great day and appreciate you !

The app makes banking, simple and easy. I use it all the time.

They have it all, they have what you want, they have who need.

It often says something went wrong and I can’t login

Payments on my used car loan are proving difficult to navigate, because of the unnecessary steps to fund the payments. (ex.) you have to deposit money in your main share, and wait a week! Before you can make a simple payment. You should be able to pay the used car loan payment from all funding sources.!

This is a very shoddy and dated mobile website wrapped in an “app” whose sole function is to use a biometric login. Everything else is the same as the website. It’s honestly a horrible experience.

App does not way too many glitches. Mobil deposit does not work. I’ve been told to download app again. Still bad. This has been going on since Mobil banking w FCU became available.

Mostly got the app for mobile check deposits. That process is super and the overall app works fine, too.

The app just displays a loading circle and never goes past it. Serious fixes needed.
