Every time you go to use the app your have to put all your information in.. before you can just put in the code from your phone or your face recognition would open the app.

I would like if a lot of things were in color and a little bit more detail

I’ve been a Member for close to 30 years now and I can honestly say that FCU has the best customer service, support and Products. Another major difference between a regular bank and FCU is the interest rates on their loans and credit cards are points below the average bank rate. One of the best benefits of being a Member of FCU is that they have an excellent Fraud Department. I only know about this because they saw a questionable/possibly fraudulent transaction on my account and they sent me an email and a text message with the details. It turns out that charge was legitimate and my debit and credit cards were available for me to use again. It’s a great feeling knowing that your Financial Institution is Actually Looking Out For You!! The bottom line is that I Very Highly Recommend Freedom Credit Union at freedom.org. Happy Banking

I love using this app. My only criticism is I would love to see a Lock Card selection on the debit card. Thank you

The deposit account opening was slick and easy. A small bit of friction with setting up digital banking. Once in nice look and feel easy to navigate. I would suggest higher transfer in limits if possible.

Skip is not right

Been with Freedom for over 25years and they have always been there to help me financing my home and plenty of cars and just the ordinary loan. I always was able to get money and always paid it back….I love freedom Credit Union for always looking out for me 😊

Transfer money to external account has always been problematic but now you have made it so easy. I was done in less than 60 seconds. That is a great progress.
